Canadian post-secondary institutions eligible to participate in this program:
The scholarships are offered for study or research exchanges at the college, undergraduate and graduate levels at the Canadian post-secondary institutions on the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) list.

When to commence exchange?
Scholarship recipients may commence their exchange as early as August 1, 2022, but no later than February 1, 2023. Students arriving for semester-based study exchanges must adhere to the academic calendar of their Canadian institution.
Restrictions:
The scholarship applies to study or research exchanges in all disciplines or programs. Nonetheless, scholarship recipients in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry or other health fields are excluded from the clinical training or clinically oriented research involving direct patient care while in Canada.
How do eligible students apply for the scholarship?
Eligible students cannot apply for the scholarship directly, as Canadian host institutions must apply on their behalf. Interested candidates should contact their home institution’s international office about existing partnerships or student exchange agreements with Canadian post-secondary institutions, which would enable their participation in the program.

Taiwanese home institutions are responsible for identifying strong academic candidates who meet the admission requirements of the Canadian partner institution and for providing the candidates’ documents to the Canadian partner institution.

Canadian institutions must apply on behalf of the candidate(s) by submitting the online application form and uploading all supporting documents prior to the deadline.
