The Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET) invites all international students to share their experiences in Taiwan, by creating virtual postcards and send them to families and friends overseas. Take the advantage of the event to invite loved ones to visit or recommend them to study in Taiwan.
