NAFSA Announces All-Virtual 2021 Annual Conference & Expo

In a December 1 message to the NAFSA community, NAFSA President Ravi Shankar, MA, MS, announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its related effects making it impossible to hold NAFSA's annual conference as planned, the NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference & Expo will be an all-virtual event taking place June 1–4, 2021. As part of the decisionmaking process, NAFSA surveyed thousands of past attendees and took their concerns and feedback into consideration. The virtual format for the annual conference will broaden learning and engagement while delivering professional development and timely regulatory information.

The 2021 conference theme, “Designing Our Shared Future,” has never been more important. Even though we are collaborating from a distance, we are still part of one association that will lead the way in crafting the future of international education.
