Deputy Minister of Education , Chairman of FICHET, and Executive Director of the Fulbright Taiwan were invited to deliver opening remarks. Yu-Hsuan Chuang, Section Chief of the Department of International and Cross-Strait Education, Ministry of Education presented on the topic of  Education in Taiwan & Cooperation with the U.S.. The presentation includes updates and introduction to key educational policies in Taiwan, such as the 2030 Bilingual Nation policy, semiconductor talent cultivation, and the Higher Education Sprout Project.
