越南教育培訓部（越南最高教育官方單位），3月20日於越南河內工商總會舉辦「2015臺越教育論壇」，邀請臺灣各大專校院參加。會中，特別針對高等教育質量保證、職業培訓系統比較、文憑互認及學分轉換、華語及越語教學合作等議題進行研討。最後在教育部長吳思華及越南教育培訓部副部長裴文嘉的見證下，由駐越南河內經濟文化代表處代表黃志鵬及駐臺北越南經濟文化辦事處代表陳維海，共同簽署合作協定，嘉惠臺越兩國人民，也為臺越教育合作開啟新的里程碑。
